We coordinate and monitor the maintenance of asbestos-containing materials and prepare maintenance and control programmes in accordance with the Italian Ministerial Decree of 6 September 1994.

We prepare maintenance and control programmes for asbestos-containing materials, advising private property owners, condominium managers and companies on planning and carrying out the required activities in accordance with current legislation.
We act as asbestos risk manager (RRA) for private clients, condominium buildings and companies responsible for workplaces where asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) have been identified. Their presence does not automatically require the owner or manager to remove them; instead, the associated risk must be controlled through monitoring and preventive measures, of which full or partial remediation may form only one stage. The first requirement is to appoint an RRA to manage the ACMs, as specified in point 4 of the Italian Ministerial Decree of 6 September 1994.
