Recovery is the passion for our real estate capital: we have years of experience and years of specialization in planning regarding decaying building recovery. We perform this recovery thanks to a constant research of procedural and technological solutions and with constant education on materials technology and their chance of renewal. Our consultation activity is dedicated to private citizens who want to restore their real estate capital and to apartment block administrators, to whom we reserve continuous advice and high specialization.

We plan interventions fully aware of the normative context that defines the 110% SUPERBONUS, the 90% FAÇADE BONUS and the other FINANCIAL BONUSES FOR RECOVERY AND ENERGY SAVINGS UPGRADING. We do analyses of the preliminary conditions for the applicability of the bonuses, of the feasibility of interventions, planning and integrated managing of contracts for financial benefits in real estate, performing the technical tasks expected by the regulations for tax exemptions and voluntary assignment.

More specifically, we produce projects with graphical attachments and descriptive reports useful in the preliminary phase for managing contracts and, further on, for managing executive tasks.
